Changing the time zone

In Turkey, the practice of putting the clocks forward by one hour has been ended by the government. But when I test it it shows one hour ahead. Also, Istanbul and Ankara have the same time zones, but the app showed different times.

Thanks for the feedback! This will be an ongoing challenge to improve the model for better accuracy. I've seen the same issues with Sydney and from time to time it will output the right results. Hopefully it'll improve with time.
