According to some users it chops off the bottom of the png files. It did not do it for me, probably because I am using a 1080p monitor. Look near the bottom of this thread: #1

Can confirm that this is resolution dependent and happens during the stitching phase--on my laptop, I was getting chopped images, but when I plugged that same laptop in to the my TV it stitched just fine.
