The bottom ⅓ of all pages in the output PDF file CourseSmart Stitcher created is cut off (just blank/white). Does anyone know what's going on here? Does CourseSmart Stitcher just open the .swf files and take a screenshot? I'm using a relatively low resolution laptop display, so I'm wondering if that has anything to do with why all the pages are consistently cut off.
The text is also a bit low resolution - very problematic for small fonts and detailed drawings, is there a way to adjust this?

Read the other issue about this, the long one. They have determined that the stitcher chops off the bottom of pages on non-HD moniter, the only solution is to use a different program to convert SWF files into pdf files. They suggest one, but I can't remember the name. I never had this problem as I use a Full HD, 1920 x 1080, screen. The easiest solution is to just plug the computer into a Full HD screen, for example a TV, while it converts both parts, then it will convert fine.
As for the low resolution, that is as good as it gets, I was able to make the pdf files searchable using Acrobat and it recognized most of the words, also I can then remove the watermarks identifying me.
