Nav: change Courses icon to mortarboard #77

Two reasons:

  1. I think it represents the idea of a course better, since courses often involve more than reading/textbooks (e.g. videos, projects etc)
  2. The homepage is currently using the book icon to represent the Reading Guide; having the same icon for Courses is a little confusing.

@ricewithabee I may agree only because of the second point. I still personally think it's not a high enough priority right now, as I have other much higher priorities here! But if others agree I will concede.
