Using the MobileFrontend extension, css changes can be applied to mobile users only through MediaWiki:Mobile.css.
Copy MediaWiki:Vector-2022.css and MediaWiki:common.css changes and modify them if necessary.
Add a class to MediaWiki:Mobile.css hide content if using mobile.
