AAW Prod: system nodepool find resources we manage

Should be done first get a list of resources on the system nodes that we can control and can actually resize so we dont waste effort investigating workloads that we cannot change

I used the workflow established in aaw-2009 to get the list of argocd managed workloads with pods running on the system nodepool. Updated table to include repository and manifest location.

Looked over the table as well as the system nodes on AAW prod and everything checked out, most of the pods are unmanageable (by us)
