Golint is deprecated and archived since 2021. Replace with an alternative tool
https://github.com/StatCan/jupyter-apis/blob/main/Taskfile.yml#L117

Can possibly use https://github.com/golangci/golangci-lint instead.

Apply changes to all repos which use GoLang. This should be imbedded in CI as a static code analysis tool.
