Get encrypted manifests for password-protected branches?

Is there any way to get encrypted manifests for password-protected branches? SteamDB only seems to track the latest version of these branches. Essentially, if I have a branch where I know the password, is there any way to obtain older manifests for this branch, in order to download older versions of this branch?

Same question here, tbh I dont think there is a legal way to do it. Which sucks because there is a game that I honestly am obsessed out of my mind with and would do anything to get the alpha of it
