What did you expect to happen?

i'm using depotdownloader to get an old 2012 version of csgo. mostly because i'm bored
i followed a proper guide, used a what i presume to be accurate template
dotnet DepotDownloader.dll -app 730 -depot 731 -manifest 2639953986700391110 -username "Insert Username Here" -password "Insert Password Here" -validate (yes, i did use my actual logon stuff, but i'm not gonna post it for obvious reasons.

Instead of that, what actually happened?

when i pasted this it gave me this
