We wanted to use the pydis library but got stuck on the flatcombine function. We use the Halogen lamp during wavelength calibration. Could there be a problem with that? Alternatively, after performing the preliminary reduction and wavelength calibration in python in spectral analysis (we have a list of values for wavelength), we continued the flux calibration process by using the -Airmass-, -DefFluxCal- and -ApplyFluxCal- functions of pydis. If you want, I would like to share the data I created with you. The file content has a value corresponding to the wavelength. However, according to the results of our analysis with İraf, we found a value that corresponds to half of the flux values. What do you think could be the reason for this, do you have any suggestions to produce a solution? Thank you from now. Also, if we have a chance to get the input files from you to run the pydis library, can I get it? Thank you in advance for this.
