Expected Behaviour

To display the totality of the April 8, 2024 solar eclipse as seen from Niagara Falls.

Actual Behaviour

Displays the moon NOT eclipsing the sun despite Astronomical Calculations/Eclipses saying it's in total eclipse (see screenshot showing moon immediately ABOVE sun)

Steps to reproduce

Entered the correct date, time, and location. Display incorrect.
Reinstalled Stellarium v23.3. Display still incorrect.
My previous Stellarium v21.x. Display WAS correct.

System

  • Stellarium version: <stellarium-23.3-qt6-win64>
  • Operating system: <Windows 11>

Please check the configuration window (press F2) > Tools. Look at Topocentric coordinates, it must be checked.
