Hi
Thanks for the wonderful tool
I am struggling to interpret the results.
I am attaching the results on the read 1 of a paired end library from split-pool single cell RNA-seq (mouse).
Looking at these results, can I conclude that my library is contaminated with ribosomal RNA?
Thanks a lot

Hi,

Sorry for not responding immediately. The rRNA samples are a collection of mouse (version 38) rRNA sequences I extracted from a database (I believe it was NCBI). It appears that around half of your dataset are rRNA reads. I presume this is a mouse sample, but the rRNA is cross-mapping to human.

Best,
Steven
