is het logisch dat je 0 t/m 6 kan invullen, of verplicht 1 t/m 7?

You can fill 0..6 as well, but then it wouldn't be possible to say that a rule is valid for all the days. Maybe we can do 0..7 ?

maar 0 is hetzelfde als 7?????

1-6, because 7 days means you don't use this aspect, same for 0 days
