[Feature Request]: Guidance on installation of cucumber dependencies

Feature Description

Cucumber dependencies aren't written in the list of dependencies in the developer guide.
This results in test.sh failing without a clear error as to why.

Why is this feature valuable?

Increased speed of setting up developer environment

Suggested Implementation

• Add guidance to Developer Guide
• Automatically install dependencies when running test.sh when not installed.
