[Bug]: Fractional playback speeds not working

Describe the bug

Fractional playback speeds of 1,25 1,5 and 1,75 don't work. It works just at 1x and 2x. Tried with different streams of a same movie as well. Please fix it.

During playback of all kinds of streams

Expected behavior

I expect to choose all kinds of fractional playback speeds available
