[Bug]: Programs displayed in the Android TV channels have two titles/logos

Describe the bug

The art used in the official Stremio channels (Continue Watching, Library Series/Movies) already includes the media title. Stremio also includes another transparent image of the media title that will then be displayed on top. I'm counting this as a bug since it produces unintended, ugly results.

Preferably Stremio should just leave the art as is and not provide a separate title anymore

To Reproduce

1. Use any Android TV Launcher that lets users display any channels they want (for example Projectivy Launcher)
2. Select any of the official Stremio channels
3. Watch the results

Clean cover art with only one displayed title
