Unix Symlinks fails to work on Windows #15

Currently, the repo contains Unix-styled symlinks that don't work on Windows. This causes errors when running the app on Windows machine.

Current potential solutions:

Use a different alternative instead of symlinks
Create a Windows-styled symlinks in the same location as the Unix ones.

I would probably end up with approach 2, but more research is required.
