allow to disable language support completely to scan e.g. serial numbers etc.

Please add an option in the "image input workflow" to disable the language support completely to allow scanning things like serial numbers and the like.

Preferably this should be possible

• temporarily for just the next scan / image import
• permanently. In this case it should be accompanied by a slight warning, the in most cases activating language support would be very useful
• to improve recognition results depending on the use case there might be an option like "capitals and numbers only" to avoid common distinction problems like "l" vs. "I".
