As a shop owner, when I list subscribers and see Status: canceled, I also want to see the date the subscription was cancelled

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Shop owners can get confused when they see payments alongside a subscription which is in state "cancelled". This is because the payments took place before any cancellation.

To make this information more explicit: As a shop owner, when I list subscribers and see Status: cancelled, I also want to see the cancellation date the subscription was cancelled:

• On the subscribers list, and subscriber overview
• On the transactions export
