As a shop owner, plan share urls are loaded by their plan name, not by uuid

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Problem: Since plan uuid's change every time a plan is edited (to prevent plans being altered for existing subscribers) the plan 'share' url's are too easily invalidated (after every edit).

Describe the solution you'd like
Loosen the url matching to load plan based on:

1. Are not archived
2. Match the plan title (which is already in the url) , in a case insensitive way
