Re-weight script, separates all from one class to lower theta values #3

I am running the re-weight script to find which samples in my synthetic data are not worth adding to the real data, however, the theta values I get are very low for all samples of one class and very high for the other. This means all samples of one class are actually noise. Am I doing something wrong here. ?
