This is a lot of commits, more than just the addition of the ADCPi. After two years I've decided to go back to the original ADC chip, the 10-bit MCP3008 which does just fine and is supported by WiringPi. Most of these changes are work to the PCB for manufacturing while in KiCAD4 on the pi workstation, and then work I did to upgrade to KiCAD5 on the new workstation. I need to take some time carefully merging back in to master.
