Default world creates a bukkit world and a slime world #23

Describe the issue
When you set a slime world as the default world, it will load correctly but also the bukkit world will be loaded.

In addition, an exception is thrown shutting down the server: https://pastebin.com/SbDFRV2z

1.8.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT

v4.0.1

How to reproduce
Just put a slime world as the default world in server.properties
