specify the out put folder to save the BIDCell results

Thanks for this useful tools! Just a functional request:

is it possible to add output folder to save the (intermediate/final) results?

Currently it save all output into XeniumRanger output folder "files: data_dir" setting in the config file. it would be great to save BIDCell results in other locations. It seems "experiment_dirs: dir_id" cannot do that either.
