Short names option for combinatorial designs?

The current script for instantiating combinatorial designs favors informative names over short names.
This is good in many cases, but can run into problems downstream.

• Conversion to GenBank results in a truncated locus ID (displayID truncation in LOCUS field of GenBank conversions libSBOLj#620), which leads to confusion in some design tools
• Some other tools require that names be shorter than a certain length. For example, Twist cuts of construct names at 32 characters.

Suggested solution:

• When "short names" option is set, set the displayID to be [CDid]_[n] for the nth design
• Make sure the long name is put into the name field
