With the newest release 2023-02, a coworker found they were unable to install SysML2's PlantUML through Eclipse, because Eclipse was looking in the wrong location for the install. This link appears to be the problem
They were able to fix it by downloading PlantUML from SourceForge and locally installing it, but we are not sure what exactly was going wrong in the first place.
Is there any information gathering we should check/do to better report on this issue?
