Add possibility to change "Activity completion"

Hi ...
one very often used thing need to be done in course is to change the activity completion method.
Of cause, it can be done in the course-setting as bulk-edit possibility, but it would nice if you can choose some activities and do it via mass-action-block, too.

thank you for your suggestion. Could you elaborate what exactly would be the advantage implementing this in block_massaction instead of just using the bulk activity completion already provided by moodle?

Also: Not all activities have the same activity completion options. So are you proposing to just implement "Disable activity completion" and "Manual completion", because these are the only ones all activities have?
