Here are a few examples:

https://www.tiot.jp/riak-docs/riak/cs/2.1.2/cookbooks/installing/#installing-riak-kv still links to KV 2.1.4 which, although compatible, has actually been tested successfully up to KV 2.9.10
https://www.tiot.jp/riak-docs/riak/cs/2.1.2/cookbooks/installing/#installing-riak-cs-on-mac-os-x points to an s3 link on Amazon for the download
https://www.tiot.jp/riak-docs/riak/cs/2.1.2/#multi-datacenter-replication-enterprise-edition-only still mentions the enterprise only stuff even though 2.1.2 removed that limitation
