Mark all as read doesn't let you mark new reports (after click)

To reproduce:
Mark all as read.
Wait from new reports
Click on the 'n new reports' blue bar
(Note: This issue does not occur if you refresh the page to receive reports. It's only a problem when you click this bar to show newer reports.)

You will notice that there is no option to mark the new reports as read, and the 'mark as unread' button does nothing.

In addition, if you mark a previously-marked-as-read (using mark all as read) report as unread, the button changes back to mark as read.
However, you can not use this to mark the new reports as read. Even when the checkbox to select all reports are clicked, the newly received reports are ignored (until the page is refreshed).

Confirmed it was in v2.2.0 also
