Members of NOK should be able to have their own page for registrating participants. It should both be a list with checboxes / switches, and a QR scanner

Hva slags permissions skal jeg se etter på backend for å vite hvem som kan registrere?

@MarkussMadsbakken de skal ha rettigheten write_all på arrangementet. Det blir sendt sammen med dataen til selve arrangementet
