4k屏下UI缩放问题，建议添加TipTheScales Mod #44

版本latest windows11 beta latest java版本1.8.0使用application作为缩放
minecraft显示正常，但默认scale（小、中、大）和自动差距过大，不好用
建议添加tipthescales mod（支援1.12.2）允许数字多档尺寸
