Describe the bug
LTI syncing grades of submissions results in an error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. A submission is automatically and manually graded, feedback is generated.
  2. Click on 'LTI SYNC GRADES'
  3. There is an error message: "Error while trying to sync submissons: e is null"

Expected behavior
I couldn't find a precise documentation, but I guess the LTI sync button transfers the grades to Moodle. I don't know the reason for the failure - if there is a valid reason, the error message could be improved.
