Bottom margin one-sided/two-sided #28

Hi, quick question. Is it intended that the bottom margin is significantly higher for the one-sided setup than the two sided setup?

EDIT: An older template version had the option ",DIV=12" in the option for the single side. Would be good if someone could check what is correct.
