De-selecting "Capture Last Item Attempted" in Grid-prototype tests causes failure

The "Capture Last Item Attempted" setting is "Yes" by default. When changed to "No", the subtest will not display in some cases, or will display initially but will not function properly. In cases where it displays at all, the user can start the timer but will not have grid items visible for scoring and cannot advance to the next subtest.
