How does this work?

How do you get this to work? There's not very much documentation and most of the code isn't in english. It looks like you spawn a trailer, back up to whatever you are trying to load, walk to the red circle and press 'C' to load the object. I have been trying for the last 2 hours and whenever I press the button it does nothing. It looks like a menu is supposed to open but nothing opens up.

you must first attatche the trailer to a car / truck

I have the trailer attached. It just does nothing except show the red circles at the back when you walk up to it. Pressing B to detach also does not work to detach the trailer from the vehicle.
