Vehicle Hash Only Works On Some Vehicles

I have some addon vehicles which I am trying to make work with the trailer. I have one vehicle named '93mustang' which I generated a hash for in OpenIV and it works perfect. Then I have another vehicle called '66fastback' but when I do the same thing, generate the hash then add it to the config file, it still says "Sorry cannot tow vehicle". Both vehicles are made by the same person.

Any reason why hashes work on some cars and not others? Is it a problem with the car? Is the hash not generated correctly?

Hashes generated:
'93mustang' = 1609525731
'66fastback' = 4098865578

Please help!
