speed limiter is not working with version 1.13.5.

can you solve the issue. thank you.

Oh, I was now resolved the issue.

I realized that I need to change my ISP (different sim card network) and then the speed limiter for version 1.13.5 is now working. I can now consumed less data by 300-500kbps.
