When I have an electric pump at full upgrades, including energy, the power section says 400kFE/tick but uses 160mFE/tick.
With full speed and half energy upgrades, it says 400kFE/tick but uses 1.6mFE/tick

I've reached endgame power in Mek, and I thought I'd just add in any machines that can't use max upgrades also to this thread
Here is the rotary cnodensartor, it can't run at all unless at 28/32
@jakchal for all, maxing out on speed upgrades is a waste of resources. I/O physically cannot work fast enough to keep up with the theoretical speeds. At high enough speed upgrades, depending on the machine's initial and rate of power usage increase (even with max energy) the per-tick usage may exceed the max possible held in the machine, and thus will get stuck. the water pump may only display 400kfe/t cause that's all it realistically can use, but it could be bugged and pulling more than it should. never use 32 max on water pump anyway. it'll only need like 17 max before it maxes at 10 buckets per tick production.
