在权限管理里面没有读写手机存储，导致导入不了资源包

具体表现？安卓高版本是走系统内置 API，理应不会有无法读取文件的情况

在文件管理器里面用其他应用打开可以正常导入，但是Phira里面的导入功能用不了

似乎所有版本都是这样，只能用其他应用打开然后选择导入
