[Suggestion] Allow the Hornblower to accept any item that extends InstrumentItem

A few mods, such as Ender Trigon and Illager Invasion, add items that function similarly to Goat Horns by extending InstrumentItem. Compatibility with such mods could lead to interesting cross-mod interplay; this suggestion was inspired by Musical Foxes, which supports such items through the use of tags/datapacking.
