The Suggestion

Add an extra dispensor function to place candles onto mob heads/skull candles that are worn by placers

Why Should It Be in the Mod?

Skull Candles (or basic heads) when placed infront of a dispensor delievers a candle onto it. Doing this while on a player seems rly funny to me.
