Move to twitter's typeahead.js to support multiple datasets

Support getting typeahead values from RSVPs and all people. This is in general events where RSVPs are not required.

This will solve another case where if their user profile exists in our API, and they don't RSVP then we can still check them in. Important so we can optimize checkin process even more.
