Incorrect Centrifuge Recipe causes Exploit in 1.12.2

Placing Only 16 cells (of basically any type) causes the centrifuge to consume all 16 cells and output the results of the 16X lava cell recipe. This ruins any automation where the machine may have 16 or more cells just sitting in the centrifuge, converting them into 18 tin ingots, 4 copper ingots, 1 electrum ingot, and 1 small tungsten dust. Basically, if I felt like it, I could just automate empty cells, put them in, and at the cost of 1 glass pane, profit.

I tried removing the exploit by using crafttweaker, however all that did was hide the lava cell recipe in JEI, not like it matters since running into this problem is basically inevitable.
