[Success] quic working with NextDNS #1218

Arch linux user here.. 'libmsquic' is packaged as msquic, and needs to be pulled/built from the AUR.

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/msquic

after building/installing just needed to restart Technitium..

then saving the custom Forwarders entries and selecting the correct protocol radio button..

The times look similar to what doh was.. but it is now udp and not tcp..
