Adding image results in 403 forbidden error

After adding a user I copy and paste an image URL into the form but receive this error in console: "The origin "http://localhost:3000" was not whitelisted by the operator of this proxy."

This is the URL that tries to fetch the image but fails: "https://fierce-temple-74228.herokuapp.com/http://www.unm.edu/~reason/Tesseract.jpg"
