Title, if you take this shit tier PCS that will get you laughed at if you take it by munchkins on discord, has hidden feature that it boosts soldiers aim even if someone else from the team misses their attack, whenever this is bug or feature is a good question and there might be no harm in actually letting this be so this low-tier PCS doesnt have so much going against it, localization could be changed for it as official approval of this feature being legit.

So, time to decide ?

Is this actually a thing? From looking at the code, it's explicitly checking if the last shot it's comparing was from the same weapon as the one the unit is holding.

should be resolved, unless you have evidence dictating otherwise I believe it is no longer the case
