How to always get the latest Telegram Bot API updates?

We are very grateful for the author's efforts to contribute to the C# community with a quality chat bot from Telegram. By the time of asking this question, Telegram chat bot has updated API version 7.4 while Telegram.Bot has just released version v20.0 only stopping at Telegram Bot v7.2 version.
So, is there a way to always get regular updates of Telegram's API repository and bot?

Recently, this repo regularly updates the source code to match the latest Telegram Bot API. Up to this point I received the latest update v7.6 of July 2, 2024, it's great because the team is constantly interested compared to before from version v19 I waited a very long time for there is an update. Very grateful to the development team.
