Missing browser support: Arc Search

Description

Currently there's no option in Telegram browsers settings to use Arc Search as default browser.

Expected Behavior

Arc Search should be listed as possible option to open links from Telegram.

Actual Behavior

Arc Search is not displayed as a browser option inside Telegram, but I have it set as my default browser.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install "Arc Search" on your iPhone
2. Open the browser settings inside Telegram
3. See that Arc Search is not shown

To prove that Arc Search is correctly recognized by iOS as a browser:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Click on Arc Search settings option (if using iOS 18 or later you should find it inside the Apps option)
3. See that Arc Search can be set up as default browser in you iPhone
