Hi @cleverestx , it seems to be an SSL verification issue in your network environment.
You can try install the requirements with:

pip3 install --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host pypi.python.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org -r requirements.txt

Please be aware of that this solution is insecure and can lead to other issues like man-in-the-middle attacks.
