在通用表格语法基础上增加单元格合并的能力

TODO：

在通用Markdown表格语法的基础上增加一个标志符，有这个标志符时自动合并相同内容的单元格。
进行所见即所得编辑时，需要自动拆分所有合并的单元格（不然不太好编辑，当然有更好的交互更好）

类似以下这种，在表头最左边单元格的起始位置标记表格为自动合并单元格的表格：

| ------ | ------ |
| Sample1 | Sample2 | Sample3 |
| Sample | Sample2 | Sample |
| Sample | Sample | Sample1 |
